My Weight Loss Success Story
Before Herbalife I was extremely obese, weighing in at a little over 530 lbs. I had trouble sleeping at night, generally waking up every 45 minutes to an hour gasping for breath, and as a result I had very little energy throughout the day. I would eat out 2 sometimes even 3 times a day and usually all I ever drank was soda, literally I was drinking at least 2 liters of Dr. Pepper everyday.
When I was introduced to Herbalife, I was invited to come to a nutrition club and my soon to be coach offered me a chocolate shake. I was wondering," Just great, what am I getting myself into??? If this is supposed to be healthy, then am I going to have to plug my nose to drink this?" While my coach was telling me all about the nutritional qualities of the shake that I was drinking, all I was thinking of was " WOW, this tastes WAY to good to be good for me, what in the world is going on here?!?!?!". Even though I loved the shake (and was very surprised to see that I was actually full), I still had my doubts, so I made a deal with my coach, I would come back everyday 6 days a week and get 2 shakes and 2 teas and bring them to work with me. I had 1 for breakfast and 1 for a mid-day snack. After about a month of this I noticed my pants were getting a little looser and I could tighten my belt to the next notch without squeezing myself to do it. After having that kind of results I knew that I could lose weight with Herbalife and, I made the decision to go all out and get started on the "Ultimate Program".
The first thing that I noticed was that I was losing weight and I had more energy during the day. My results so far is 200lbs lost and I am still working on my results, the best part though is that I am sleeping much better at night and I am able to sleep the entire night and not have to wake up just to be able to breath. I have a lot more energy during the day, and my self esteem and self confidence in my life has greatly improved. My goal is to lose a total of 340 pounds, and help make a difference in the lives of others. I am proud to say that I am over halfway to my weight loss goal!
