Incorrect

Most of the time people have an incorrect view of healthy weight management, and with the stereotyping of gym memberships and exercise machines on television and internet ads it really is no suprise. In fact it is a rare day that you are not inundated with ads for this diet regime or that "magic weight loss pill" or flyers for gym memberships with a buff guy without a shirt, or a supermodel female in a bikini hanging onto gym equipment. Or, and this is the one that I personally dislike the most, weight loss surgeries that may work in the short term, but do not address the core problem.

Incorrect

Another misconception is that a person can out exercise a bad diet. While it is true that a person can burn more calories than they take in during the course of a day, if your body is not getting the nutrients it needs you will not achieve your goals. A great example of this is some one who is "skinny fat". What this means is: A person who is not overweight and has a skinny look but still have a high fat percentage and low muscular mass. Usually those people have a low caloric diet, that's why they are skinny, but are not involved in any sports activities or trainings and that's why they don’t have any muscle. Since between the bone and the skin those people only have fat, the skin can be deformed easily because the skin layer is located on an unstable matter (fat).

Healthy weight management is a combination of 80% Nutrition and 20% Exercise aka: The 80/20 Lifestyle. 80% of your focus should be in what you put into your body, the nutrition aspect of weight management. By paying careful attention to what you eat, and making sure that you get the proper amount of nutrients, protiens, fiber, etc... your body will react in a positive way. Even though exercise is only 20% of the equation, it is still very important to exercise, as it is crucial in muscle formation, as well helps combat health conditions and diseases, improves mood, boosts energy, as well as promotes better sleep just to name a few reasons.

My Mission is to positively affect the lives of as many people as possible. I am here to coach, motivate, and inspire people on how to transform their life and their families lives into a more healthy and active lifestyle, and to spark an entrepreneurial spirit that could change the course of their family’s finances forever.

I am here to duplicate myself and train you on how to attract, coach, motivate, and inspire people to do the exact same thing that I do for others, thus duplicating my efforts and making a much bigger impact. If we learn to lock arms together, then we can affect the lives of tens of thousands. Yes, I realize this sounds like a big undertaking, maybe a bit audacious, but certainly not impossible. One thing is for sure though, this is absolutely necessary in the United States and even the rest of the world. Obesity rates have skyrocketed over the past 20 years to the point that in the U.S. alone, 69% of adults age 20 and older are either overweight or obese. Where does this leave us as a nation? Well for one it puts our medical infrastructure under the strain of all that weight,…pun somewhat intended. It costs our economy in productivity, skyrocketing medical costs, removes years off our lifespans, and negatively impacts our quality of life. So when you line up 10 people, and 7 of them are either overweight or obese, it means we have a big job as health coaches; and as entrepreneurs, it leaves us with a LOT of potential clients.

It does not matter where you are in life, it is never too late to start making a positive change.

For things to change, I have to change. For things to get better, I have to get better.
